Delete Your Account
You can delete your Focused Scopes account — and the personal data associated with it — at any time, using either method below. Focused Scopes is operated by High Rollers Reserve LLC, dba Focused Scopes.
Option 1: Delete in the App (Fastest)
- Sign in to Focused Scopes on any device (Android, iOS, or web).
- Open your Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Danger Zone.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately. If you have an active subscription, it is canceled as part of deletion and will not renew.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you can't access the app, email hello@focusedscopes.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address on your account. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials;
- Your personal profile information (name, email, phone);
- Your push notification tokens and device associations.
What may be retained: records we are legally required to keep (such as billing and tax records), and business records that belong to a company workspace you were part of — for example, scopes or photos you contributed to your employer's jobs remain part of that company's data under its control.
