Your turn contractor scopes the unit in Focused Scopes and sends you the bid as a link. You approve it from your inbox — no account, no app to install — and from there you watch the unit move to rent-ready with dated photos, punch status, and a closeout packet attached. It sits beside the system you already use for leases and accounting; it does not try to replace it.
The bid arrives as a link. Approve it, deny it, or send it back with a note — nothing to install, nothing to log into.
Most of what goes wrong on a turn is not the work. It is the week you spend asking where the bid is, whether the scope changed, and whether anyone photographed the before.
Approvals and document delivery ride on your contractor's account — there is nothing for you to install to use them.
If your turn contractor already runs Focused Scopes, the bid and the updates come to you — no setup on your end. If they don't yet, send them the contractor's side of it.
